La cravate solidaire est un projet lancé en 2016 par des personnes diplômées de l'uB, devenues expertes en recrutement et qui proposent des services notamment à un entretien d'embauche.

Un groupe d'anciens de l'uB ont décidé de mettre leur expertise en recrutement au service des personnes convoquées à un entretien d'embauche. Les fondateurs et fondatrices sont :

Le concept est simple : l'idée est de faire des simulations d'entretien d'embauche et de suivre des ateliers de coaching lors des permanences de l'association. Ce service s'adresse à tous et toutes : qu'il s'agisse d'emploi, de stage, d'alternance, de jeune diplômé ou de senior confirmé, chacun trouvera le conseil qu'il est venu chercher. L'association propose même un service de "conseil en image" pour parfaire sa prestation.

Peliqan est un service de livraison de mobilier à la demandé créé en 2016 par des anciens étudiants de l'IUT de Dijon.

Expedream est une plateforme de mise en relation dédiée aux voyageurs. Elle permet de créer son propre voyage, et de vivre une aventure à plusieurs, en partageant un hébergement pour réduire les coûts.
