en L2 ou années supérieures après une réorientation interne

Vous êtes étudiant ou étudiante à l’uB (y compris dans un IUT) et vous souhaitez vous réorienter vers une autre filière ? Si votre réorientation est acceptée, vous devrez vous réinscrire en ligne.

Avant ma réinscription

En cas d’autorisation de changement de filière, votre service de scolarité devra préalablement saisir un laissez-passer pour vous permettre de vous réinscrire en ligne.

Avant votre inscription dans l’Enseignement Supérieur, vous devez obligatoirement vous acquitter de la Contribution Vie Étudiante et de Campus (CVEC) sur le site cvec.etudiant.gouv

Après le paiement ou l’exonération pensez bien à noter le numéro d’attestation d’acquittement qui vous sera demandé lors de votre inscription en ligne.

Procédez à votre réinscription en ligne en juillet ou en août.

Pour que tout se passe bien lors de mon inscription :
✔ Je privilégie les navigateurs certifiés (Firefox)
✔ Je n’utilise pas de mobiles (smartphone ou tablette) qui engendrent des problèmes lors du paiement à l’inscription
✔ Je prépare ma carte de crédit
✔ Si je bénéficie d’une bourse je vérifie que mon dossier du Crous est à jour.

Je me réinscris en ligne sur l’ENT (https://ent.u-bourgogne.fr) soit

  • en juillet : du lundi 3 juillet à 14h, au jeudi 20 juillet 2023 à 23h.
  • en août : du mercredi 23 août à 10h, dans la limite de 15 jours suivant la date de reprise des cours de la formation.

L’inscription en ligne se fait sur l’ENT (https://ent.u-bourgogne.fr), dans l’onglet Scolarité, rubrique « réinscriptions ».

Si des pièces justificatives vous sont demandées, déposez-les en vous connectant avec vos identifiants ENT à l’adresse https://pj-web.u-bourgogne.fr dans les 72 heures au plus tard suivant votre réinscription.

Vous devrez envoyer un fichier par pièce demandée au format jpg, jpeg ou pdf. Chaque fichier ne devra pas dépasser 2 Mo.

1/2 Vérification de votre dossier par l'uB

L’université vérifie votre inscription en ligne. Une fois votre dossier validé par les services de scolarité, vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation et vous pourrez télécharger votre certificat de scolarité sur votre ENT > onglet scolarité > rubrique Inscriptions.

Si votre dossier s’avère incomplet, vous serez tenu informé.e par e-mail et devrez communiquer les pièces manquantes (ou refusées) par courrier électronique.

 

En raison d’un grand nombre de dossiers à traiter, le délai de validation peut s’étendre sur plusieurs semaines. Le suivi des dossiers est assuré par le secrétariat de chaque filière. Le délai de traitement des pièces justificatives peut varier d’une filière à l’autre, en fonction du nombre de pièces à traiter. Durant ce laps de temps, et dès votre inscription en ligne réalisée, vous pouvez télécharger votre récapitulatif d’inscription sur votre ENT.

2/2 Votre rentrée à l'uB

Courant juillet vous pourrez consulter les dates de rentrée, et tous les calendriers universitaires.

Votre carte étudiant vous sera remise à la rentrée.

Dès la rentrée, pour pourrez contacter votre scolarité pour toute question relative à votre dossier, ou pour toute inscription après la rentrée des cours.

1/4 Préparation des pièces

3/4 Dépôt des pièces

À la suite de votre réinscription l’université peut vous demander des pièces justificatives. Dans ce cas, déposez-les en vous connectant à votre ENT à l’adresse https://pj-web.u-bourgogne.fr/ dans les 72 heures au plus tard après votre inscription.

À noter que vous devrez envoyer un fichier par pièce justificative au format jpg, jpeg, ou pdf. De plus chaque fichier ne devra pas dépasser 2 Mo.

4/4 Vérification par l'uB - Rentrée

Pour finir l’université vérifie votre réinscription en ligne. Lorsque tout sera validé, vous recevrez un mail de confirmation par la scolarité. Vous pourrez alors télécharger votre certificat de scolarité sur votre ENT > dans l’onglet scolarité > rubrique Inscriptions. En revanche si votre dossier est incomplet, les pièces manquantes (ou refusées) vous seront demandées par mail.

Courant juillet, vous pourrez consulter les dates de rentrée et tous les calendriers universitaires sur le site des étudiants uB-Link. Une fois votre réinscription prise en compte, l’autocollant de l’année sera apposé sur votre carte d’étudiant par votre scolarité. Dès la rentrée vous pourrez contacter votre scolarité pour toute question relative à votre dossier.
