Si vous n'avez pas le diplôme requis et que vous souhaitez faire reconnaître vos acquis (BTS hors convention, DUT, CPGE hors convention) pour accéder à une formation, reportez-vous au site des formations de l'uB et consultez les modalités de validation pour chacun des diplômes.
Pour certaines formations, cette validation s'effectue via l'application eCandidat. Pour toutes les autres, déposez un dossier de demande validation d'acquis.

Les dossiers de validation d'acquis devront être transmis :

• avant le 31 mai 2021 pour la première vague
• ou avant le 31 août 2021 pour la seconde vague (ouverte sur décision du responsable de formation).

Conventions spécifiques BTS pour les lycées de l’académie

Elles prévoient des passerelles entre les BTS ci-après (sous réserve de validation du BTS) et un accès en L2 ou L3.

BTS concernés :

• Comptabilité et Gestion (CG)
• Support à l’Action Managériale (SAM)
• Commerce International (CI)

Mentions de licences concernées :

• Administration Économique et Sociale (AES)
• Langues Étrangères Appliquées (LEA) – Combinaison de 2 langues parmi : anglais, allemand, espagnol, italien et russe

Les dossiers sont à demander puis remettre à votre lycée. Celui-ci complète les dossiers et les transmet directement à l'uB pour le 15 juin 2020 au plus tard en raison de la crise sanitaire actuelle.

Reportez-vous au site des formations de l’uB et consultez les modalités de validation pour chacun des diplômes. Pour certaines formations, cette validation s’effectue via l’application eCandidat. Pour toutes les autres, déposez un dossier de demande validation d’acquis.

Il existe des conventions spécifiques BTS pour les lycées de l’académie. Elles prévoient des passerelles entre ces BTS (sous réserve de validation du BTS) :

• Comptabilité et Gestion (CG)
• Support à l’Action Managériale (SAM)
• Commerce International (CI)

Et elles prévoient aussi des passerelles pour accéder L2 ou L3 de ces licences :

Si des pièces justificatives vous sont demandées, déposez-les en vous connectant à votre ENT à l'adresse https://pj-web.u-bourgogne.fr/ dans les 72 heures au plus tard en suivant votre inscription / réinscription.

L'université vérifie ensuite votre inscription en ligne. Lorsque tout sera validé, vous pourrez télécharger votre certificat de scolarité sur votre ENT > dans l'onglet scolarité > rubrique Inscriptions. Si votre dossier est incomplet, les pièces manquantes (ou refusées) vous seront demandées par mail.

Courant juillet, vous pourrez consulter les dates de rentrée et tous les calendriers universitaires sur le site des étudiants uB-Link. Votre carte d'étudiant vous sera remise à la rentrée. Dès la rentrée vous pourrez contacter votre scolarité pour toute question relative à votre dossier, ou pour toute inscription après la rentrée des cours.
